南极洲东南极中山站附近深部构造初探

PRELIMINARY STUDY OF DEEP STRUCTURE AROUND CHINESE ZHONGSHAN STATION IN EAST ANTARCTICA

  • 摘要: 本文就东南极恩德比地所接受到的5张深源远震地震图P波直达波形的理论地震图拟合,探讨南极洲的壳幔构造特征,结果表明,我国中山站附近的地壳厚度约43Km,深部结构简单,说明南极大陆是较为稳定的板块,它所经历的构造运动轮回或造山运动相对要弱一些。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, based on P waveform comparison of theortical seismicgrams with five tele-seismograms recorded by Japanese SYOWA station in East Antarctica Enderby land.Crust and upper mantal structures of the Antarctica have been studied.Our result shows that the crustal thickness around Chinese Zhongshan station is about 43km.It has a simple structure mode, indicationg that Antarctica continent is a relatively stable plate and the mountain build-ing or tectonic motion on it was relatively weak.
