Abstract: This paper describes the basic considerasion of vulnerability analysis and the supposed model of prediction of urban earthquake hazards. Xuzhou and Wulumuqi cities are taksn as examples to simply dsscribe the result of prediction of urban earthquke hazards: I=α·M (I-indexes of earthquake hazards; α-effect coefficients of geologic factors M-total vulnerability indexes of surface factors)
