汤阴一济源一洛阳断陷带地震地质分析

A SEISMOGEOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF TANGY IN-J IYUAN-LUOYANG DOWNFAULTED ZONE

  • 摘要: 由汤阴断陷、济源断陷、洛阳断陷所组成的新月型断陷带与汾渭断陷带有着近似的构造特征。断陷带是一个断裂活动带,断陷盆地带,地震活动带,并由此构成断块之间的活动性边缘。近代,该区地震活动虽然微弱,但具备着发生中强地震的构造条件,所以应当做好该区的地震观测与研究工作。

     

    Abstract: The new moon-like downfaulted zone consisting of Tangyin fault, Jiyuan fault and Luoyang fault shows similar tectonic characteristics with Fenwei downfaulted zone. The downfaulted zone is an active fault zone, a fault basin zone and a seismic active zone, and it formed an active margin between fault blocks. Recently, though the seismicity in this region is weak, the region possesses tectonic conditions for occurrence of moderately strong earthquakes, so the seismic observation and the research work in the region should be done well.
