川滇地区地震分布及地壳结构的双差地震层析成像

The Earthquake Distribution and Crustal Velocity Structure in Sichuan-Yunan region from Double-Difference Seismic Tomography

  • 摘要: 在使用APP++扫描得到的川滇地区地震目录数据的基础上,利用波形互相关得到的走时差,通过双差层析成像方法进一步提高了定位精度,并反演了该地区地壳的三维P波和S波速度结构。结果显示:重定位后的地震位置分布很好地刻画了相关断层的形态;浅层的速度结构能够很好地吻合区域内的断层分布,深部的速度结构反映了川滇菱形块体地壳流的可能图像。

     

    Abstract: Using earthquake catalog and travel time difference data obtained from seismic dataset in Sichuan-Yunan region by APP++ and cross-correlation, we refine the earthquake locations and inverse the three-dimensional P-wave and S-wave velocity structure of the crust in the region through double-difference tomography. The earthquake distribution after relocation well describes the related fault geometry; the velocity structure in shallow depth can well match the distribution of the faults in the region, and the velocity structure in deep roughly reflects the crustal flow feature in Sichuan-Yunnan rhombic block.
