三峡库区农民自建房抗震性能调查

Investigation on Seismic Performance of Self-built Houses of Farmers in Three Gorges Reservoir Area

  • 摘要: 通过实地调查与问卷调查相结合的方式,从结构类型及层数、建设场地选址、建筑材料、地基基础和抗震构造措施、墙体、楼屋盖、设计施工、质量通病、抗震能力及农民抗震意识等方面对三峡库区农民自建砖混房屋的抗震性能进行调查研究,结果发现农民自建房存在选址随意、材料质量低劣、缺乏正规的设计指导、施工方式粗放、质量通病等严重影响抗震性能的问题,并提出了编制村镇民居选址、规划和设计指南,加强村镇建筑材料的质量监管,建立农村民居抗震减灾技术服务网等措施和建议。调查结果为三峡库区农民自建房的抗震鉴定和加固改造提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Through the combination of field survey and questionnaire survey, the seismic performance of brick and concrete houses built by farmers in the three gorges reservoir area is investigated from the aspects of structure type and floor number, site selection, building materials, foundation and seismic construction measures, walls, roof, design and construction, common quality problems, seismic capacity and seismic awareness of farmers. The result show that the seismic performance of self-built houses is seriously affected by random site selection, low quality of materials, lack of formal design guidance, extensive construction methods and common quality problems. According to these problems some measures and suggestions are put forward, such as compiling guidelines for the site selection, planning and design of rural dwellings, strengthening the quality supervision of building materials in villages and towns, and establishing a technical service network for seismic disaster reduction of rural dwellings. The results of the investigation provide a reference for the seismic identification and reinforcement of the self-built houses of farmers in the three gorges reservoir area.
