Comparation of Two Video Systems Used in Shanghai Earthquake Agency

  • 摘要: 十五地震应急指挥技术系统视频子系统是通过矩阵、多屏图像控制器进行传输和显示的,而新建成的上海市地震局防震减灾支撑系统视频子系统完全摒弃了这种视频传输和显示方式,而是使用比较先进的DVCS分布式图像控制系统。主要介绍上海市地震局这2种视频系统的结构,比较他们各自的优缺点及局限性,提出更适合未来信息化发展需求的地震行业视频系统。

     

    Abstract: The tenth five-year video subsystem of the earthquake emergency command technology system transmits and displays through matrix and multiscreen image controller. While the video subsystem of the support system for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction newly built in Shanghai Earthquake Agency completely abandon the above method for video transmission and display. It uses a more advanced DVCS distributed video control system. This paper mainly introduces the structure of the two kinds of video system of the Shanghai Earthquake Agency, compares their respective advantages and disadvantages and limitations, put forwards the earthquake video system more suitable for the development needs of future information technology.
