新疆地震速报与质量提升方法

Xinjiang Earthquake Rapid Report and Its Quality Improvement Method

  • 摘要: 基于新疆测震台网2009年以来使用的"十五"Jopens系统,介绍了新疆地震速报工作流程并对新疆地区2009年以来速报的ML5.0以上的57个地震进行重新定位,结合新疆地震台站分布,从JOPENS/MSDP软件应用的定位方法与操作技巧,速报技能训练等方面进行分析,提出了提升新疆台网地震速报质量的实用方法。

     

    Abstract: Based on the Jopens system of the "Tenth Five-year Plan" used in the Xinjiang seismic network since 2009, this paper introduce the Xinjiang earthquake speed reporting workflow. Furthermore, 57 ML ≥ 5.0 earthquakes located through rapid reporting since 2009 are relocated, and then combining with the station distribution of Xinjiang, the Locate method and operation skill, speed report skill training and other aspects of the JOPENS/MSDP software are analyzed. Finally, a practical quality improvement method for earthquake rapid reporting of the Xinjiang seismic network is provided.
