Develop and Application of Fluid Flow Observation System for High Temperature Artesian Well

摘要: 选取河北衡水水温78℃自流井为实验井,经过对比多种观测方法及条件,选择电磁式流量观测方法开发流量观测系统。该系统软件为自行开发,可以实现数据校验、采集、转换、存储及接入中国地震前兆数据管理系统,仪器远程访问等功能。衡水井流量观测系统安装调试经过多次管路优化,实现了井管内流体气液分离,解决了空管报警问题,流量观测数据直观地反映了观测井-含水层的应力变化。Abstract: Taking the Hebei Hengshui 78℃ temperature artesian well as a test high temperature well, we developed a Fluid Flow Observation System (FFOS) using the electromagnetic flow measurement method. The FFOS is self-developed system which can achieve data validation, acquisition, conversion, storage and access to China Earthquake Precursor Data Management System, also manage remote instrument. Installation and debugging of the FFOS in Hengshui well have repeated pipeline optimization, achieved the gas-liquid separation and solved the empty alarm. The observation data of the FFOS can intuitively reflects the stress changes of the well-aquifer.
