群众地震应急意识网络问卷调查分析

An Analysis of the Earthquake Emergency Response of the Social Public Based on Network Questionnaire Survey

  • 摘要: 利用网络问卷发布系统和陕西省地震局官方微博、微信平台,向公众在线发布了地震应急意识调查问卷,最终收回有效问卷578份。针对问卷第一、二部分作答进行了定量分析,群众实际答题得分率为0.66,属于相对较低的水平;针对问卷第三部分进行了定性分析,表明群众对于地震应急各方面的需求很大,主要包括震前实践演练、震时应急避险技能和震后自救互救的技能。网络问卷调查面向群体受教育水平相对较高,因此表现出较高的地震应对意识水平,但对于避震细节及重要事项的掌握明显不足。除继续加强媒体对地震应急知识的宣传,加强探索公众地震应急演练体系,使得公众疏散演练常规化也应得到进一步重视。

     

    Abstract: 578 effective questionnaires which are released by official Microblog and WeChat of the Earthquake Administration of Shaanxi Province are collected by the WenJuan website. Quantitative analysis on the part Ⅰand partⅡof the questionnaires show low level score rate about 0.66. The part Ⅲ was analyzed by qualitative analysis and the results indicates the emergency needs of the public is great, including emergency drills before earthquake, protection skills during earthquake and recovery skills after earthquake. To some degree, the people who take part in the questionnaires are well educated, thus a higher level of consciousness of the earthquake response is shown. But the details of the skills mentioned above are clearly insufficient. In addition to continuing strengthening the publicity and education of knowledge on earthquake, the research for public earthquake drill system and the public earthquake drill routinization should also be given further attention.
