Abstract: From the angle of the provincial earthquake relief headquarters,according to "National Earthquake Emergency Plan" for the emergency response work requirements,based on the analysis of earthquake emergency plan of the member units of the earthquake relief headquarters,combined with Yingjiang,Yiliang,Lushan,earthquake emergency cases,this paper summarizes the key earthquake emergency work after destructive earthquake,puts forward the work to be done and the target to be reached in different period of time after earthquake according to the time series characteristics of the key works.In a certain extent,it can make up for the defects of local earthquake emergency plans which are too general and not easy to operate.This paper can also give a reference to earthquake emergency rescue work.
