大断面小净距公路隧道施工动态数值分析

NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF CONSTRUCTION DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR OF PARALLEL TUNNEL OF HIGHWAY WITH LARGE SECTION AND SMALL CLEAR-DISTANCE

  • 摘要: 结合大断面小净距隧道工程的特点,以某公路隧道工程为研究背景,采用双侧壁导坑法进行施工,以ADINA有限元软件为计算平台,建立小净距隧道有限元模型,对大断面小净距公路隧道模型进行分析:研究地表沉降、衬砌位移与内力、锚杆轴力、围岩与初期支护结构的压力的分布特点及其变化规律。数值分析结果表明:先行隧洞上部地表水平及竖向位移较后行隧洞均较大,且隧道结构应力集中于拱腰至拱脚范围区域;先行隧洞结构所受最大主应力及有效应力较大;系统锚杆轴力以拱腰及拱脚位置处较为集中,且呈现沿其辐射方向逐渐较小的趋势;先行隧洞的支护体系有稳定岩体的作用,后行隧洞的施工对先行隧洞有较大的扰动作用。研究结果可为隧道后续施工和设计优化调整提供依据,也可为类似条件下隧道工程的设计和施工提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Based on large section and small clear-distance tunnel engineering characteristics, the tunnel project is using per twin-side heading method.In order to obtain the dynamic variation law of tunnel excavation, the numerical model is established with the finite element software ADINA as calculation platform. The distribution characteristics and variation laws of the ground settlement, the displacement and internal force of the lining, the bolt axial forces, the pressure distribution and change rule of surrounding rock and initial support structure are all studied.The numerical results show that the upper surface horizontal and vertical displacement of the first excavation tunnel is larger than the later one.The stress concentrates from the arch lumbar to the foot of the tunnel structure;the maximum principal stress and effective stress of the first excavation tunnel are larger than the later one;the system anchoring bolt axial force is not only concentrating on the arch lumbar and foot, but became much smaller along its radiation;the system supporting of the first excavation tunnel can stable the rock mass, but the later one has a disturbance action to the first one and the surrounding rock mass.The study results are drawn to provide the basis for modifying and optimizing the design and construction scheme.Simultaneously, this will offer some useful references for the design and construction of tunnels in the similar geological condition.
