某砖混楼地基不均匀变形检测鉴定

DETECTION AND APPRAISAL OF A BRICK BUILDING' UNEVEN GROUND DEFORMATION

  • 摘要: 既有建筑在使用过程中可能出现裂缝、倾斜或不均匀沉降等现象,通过对房屋进行检测鉴定,并根据检测鉴定结论进行相应的加固处理,能减少或者避免房屋倒塌事故的发生。重点讨论并分析了一个典型的五层砖混结构住宅楼的检测项目、承载力验算复核、裂缝成因及安全状况,对同类的砖混结构房屋的检测鉴定工作有一定的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: The old construction possibly appears some situations such as cracks, inclines or the inhomogeneous settlement.Through the detection and appraisal of housing and conclusions based on detection and appraisal of the corresponding reinforcement, can reduce or avoid building collapse accident.This article focuses on and analyzes the test items, bearing capacity, Cracks and security identification and analysis of a typical five-story brick residential building.It may provide some countermeasure to the similar work.
