Abstract: In this paper,based upon the observations of temperatures of hot springs of Maoya,Yuke Longpugou, Rewu and hot air spring in Tuoba in western Sichuan, the relationship bete-ween the temperature changes and several large earthquakes which had been predicted well has been discussed.The authors believe that the temperature changes of the hot springs w-ould be the information of earthquake precursors.Finally, a discussion about the mechani-sm of the temperature changes of the hot springs has been made.
