Abstract: This article presents the design, construction, and application of the earthquake prevention and disaster reduction platform of Hebei Province. This platform integrates earthquake monitoring, disaster prevention, earthquake emergency decision-making and earthquake popular science promotion, aiming to establish a vertically integrated and horizontally coordinated information service system for earthquake disaster prevention and reduction with unified planning and construction. The article highlights the platform's system architecture, functional modules, data center construction, and key technological innovations, and an analysis is conducted on its role in enhancing the capacity and efficiency of earthquake disaster response. The construction and application of this platform provide effective technical support for earthquake disaster prevention and reduction efforts in Hebei Province, demonstrating the rationality and scientificity of the construction of modern earthquake disaster prevention and reduction system.
