内蒙古和林格尔M4.0地震的震源机制与震源深度

Focal Mechanism and Focal Depth of Helinger M4.0 Earthquake in Inner Mongolia

  • 摘要: 基于内蒙古测震台网宽频带数字地震记录,采用CAP方法和TDMT-INVC方法对2020年3月30日和林格尔M4.0地震数字记录波形进行震源机制解计算,并利用sPn与Pn震相走时差法进一步对其深度进行测定。结果显示,两种方法测定的震源机制解基本一致,震源机制以走滑为主,略带逆冲分量;CAP方法和sPn与Pn震相走时差法测得的震源深度具有良好的一致性,分布范围为14.0~15.5 km,表明此次地震发生在上地壳内,符合本地区地震震源分布特征。

     

    Abstract: Based on the broadband digital seismic records of Inner Mongolia seismic network, using CAP method and TDMT-INVC method, the focal mechanism solution of Helinger M4.0 earthquake on March 30, 2020 is calculated. In addition, the depth is further determined by using the method of sPn and Pn phase travel time difference. The results show that the focal mechanism solutions determined by the two methods are basically consistent, the focal mechanism is mainly strike slip with a slight thrust component. The focal depth measured by CAP method and sPn and Pn phase travel time difference method has good consistency, and the distribution range is 14.0 ~ 15.5 km, which indicates that the earthquake occurred in the upper crust, which is in line with the distribution characteristics of earthquake sources in this region.
