DISCUSSION ON THE FUNCTIONS OF SHAANXI SEISMIC EMERGENCE DATABASE IN THE M8.0 WENCHUAN EARTHQUAKE

Earthquake emergence command technical system of China and its provinces,including the seismic emergence database,which are established in the period of the "Tenth Five-year Plan",were comprehensively inspected during the Wenchuan earthquake.The functions,effects and existing problems concerning Shaanxi seismic emergence database are preliminarily discussed based on the related performances and experiences in the Wenchuan earthquake.
