STUDY ON SEISMIC FORTIFICATION GOAL FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION

  • The goal of three-level seismic design for reinforced concrete structure,in popular word called "no damage in small earthquake, repairable in moderate earthquake, not collapse in large earthquake",can be implemented in two-step designing process. The basic steps are to grasp the aseismic design concept,to take control of dual-target conditions,to make structure and structural components meet the seismic capacity and deformation requirements,to strengthen ectonic earthquake measures,to make frame have enough structure ductility. The main aim is to realize the "the goal of three-level seismic design".
