CEOMAGNETIC SHORT PERIOD VARLATION AND SUBSURFACE DEEP ELECTRIC STRUCUTRE IN TIANJIN AND ITS ADJACENT AREAS

  • In this papar, the data of gomagnetic short period variations from 14 geomagnetic stations in Tianjin and its adjacent areas are used to obtain Parkinson's vectors for each station.The size of these perameters reflects the transverse inhomogeneous degree of subsurface deep electric structure, In the areas studied in the paper, the anomalous distribution of Parkinson's vectors is consistent with the results of gravity and electromagnetic sounding.The result shows that the anomalous area of electric structure of Tanjin and its adjacent areas is located in Bohai Sea,and in other areas there is no ebviottsly nhomogeneous electric structure.
