A DISCUSSION ON GROUND MOTION METHOD WITH THE ATTENUATION RELATIONSHIP OF GRQUND MOTION IN LOESS REGION OF CHINA

In this paper, 40 reliable isoseisms which were taken from the loess region of China have been used.The authors have got an attenuation relationship of ground motion by Intensity-Distance (ID)method and Intensity-Magnitude(IM) method.Finally, according to the data of attenuation relationship in North China, South China and the loess region, the authors have discussed the physical significanees of ID and IM methods.
