THE DISCUSSION ON THE PROBLEMS OF EARTHQUAKE PREDICTION BY VELOCITY RATIO
Some problems have been discussed, such as the error factors, the positive anomaly of velocity ratio, the anomalous time indices and the relation between anomaly and seismic gap. Many actual examples are presented and a result of an artificial explosion has also beem introduced.#br#It is significant to discuss the above problems for the earthquake prediction by anomalous velocity ratio.
