CRUSTAL THICKNESS IN PART REGION OF HENAN, SHANDONG AND ANHUI PROVINCES

  • It is not only economical but also greatly significant in science to use gravity data to infer crustal thickness and make the research of seismogenic and mine-growing environment where it is impossible to perform DSS work in a large scale.#br#In order to remedy the defect of using mean field, analytic continuation, frequence filtering method and 2-D computational method, in this paper, the deep gravity anomaly has been obtained based on the gravity data and petroleum exploring data in the juneture region of Henan Shandong and Anhui provinces (E114-116.5, N32.5-36.5)and by calculating the influence of shallo layers by 3-D computation method and eliminating it from Bouguer gravity anomaly. Then the repeated forward computation and the inversion of anomalous interface approximation are used to get the optimal crustal thickneess.#br#The double MSE of the calculated crustal thickness is less thn 1km. The result coincides with that from DSS quite well, the difference less than 2km.#br#A preliminary study is also made on the relationship between earthquake distribution, oil field, natural gas field and the crustal thickness.
