CORRECTION OF THE MODIFIED METHOD OF SCORING WITH R VALUE AND ITS APPL ICATIONS

This paper corrects the modified method of scoring with R value, introduces the method of its applications on earthquake predications of different magnitude, long-term, short-impending, nationwide, regional and the methods of how to evaluate the predication methods objectively.
