STUDY ON EARTHQUAKES AND OTHER MAJOR NATURAL DISASTERS EMERGENCY SHELTER PLANNING OF ZHENGZHOU CITY

The fundamental data of Zhengzhou, including seismic, geology, urban construction, municipal engineering, landscaping and transportation, are collected and statistically classified according to "Emergency shelter for earthquake disasters-site and its facilities"(GB 21734-2008).The current situation of constructing and distributing of emergency shelters of urban planning area are studied and the per capita usable area is calculated.On this basis, In accordance with the requirements of "Master Plan of Zhengzhou City(2008-2020)", researches are done on the near-term and long-term planning of city's emergency shelters.
