APPLICATION OF BASS MODEL IN EARTHQUAKE INFORMATION DIFFUSION

Different diffusion model of information leads to different trend of it.In order to study the diffusion characteristics of earthquake disaster information in different distribution model, this paper establishes diffusion model of real information and that of rumors information based on Bass model.Through system simulation and analysis, this paper finds out the main parameters of diffusion model and different state of the diffusion of real information and rumors, and also gives out effective control and countermeasure to earthquake rumors by modeling and analysis of an Ms3.5 earthquake occurred on April 6, 2009 in Feidong of Anhui Province.
