Each person has his own special makings, which can produce influence on social practice.In our common administrative work, the characteristic of person's makings has an important significance in occupation choice, ability to adapt oneself to new circumstances and raising working efficient by makings training as well.This paper mainly makes a preliminary discussion on the makings expression and perfection ways of the administrative personnel of local seismic work, aiming at casting a brick to attract jade.
