GRADED AND CLASSIFIED ADMINISTRATION OF LOCAL SEISMTC WORK

According to many years' practical experiences of professional administrative work of Seismological Bureau of Tangshan City, this paper analyzes all the factors in deciding the model of local seismic administrative work.Combining the practice of main body and objective body of local administration, this paper draws up the objectives of the administration by the need of the direction and task of local seismic work.Based on this, this paper proposed the mode and methods to carry out the graded and classified administration.Finally, this paper introduces four impelling means strengthening motion mechanism.
