ON THE SCIENTIFIC GUIDANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF LOCAL SEISMTC WORK

According to modern administrative and Leading science, we have studied the characteristies and basic requests of the management of local seismic work in China, and proposed the general idea and principle model of the scienlific guidance and management of local seismic work, that is one basic guidance idea.two key work points, three management methods, and four ensuring measures.Based on this, the authors summairzed the practice and developmont of the management of local seismic work in China, and pointed out three problems demanding prompt solution at present.
