THE DECISION PROGRAMME FOR SHORT-TERM AND IMMINENT PREDICTION OF EARTHQUAKES IN HEBEI PROVINCE Chen Shaoxu Nie Baohua

In this paper,in terms of a scientific train of thought of obtaining a source with a field and gradually approximating mid-term to short-term, and based on the summary of the earthquakes of M ≥ 6 in North China area, we have proposed the background basis, precursory anomaly index and the judgment method of earthquake three elements which are necessory for short-term and imminent earthquake prediction.
