A RATIONAL COMPREHENSION OF EXPERTS' OPINIONS IN ANALYSIS OF UNCERTAINTY OF SEISMIC RISK

This Paper, first, reviews the comprehensive methods of experts,opinions often used in analysis of uncertainly. Then based on this,a new simple and convenient comprehensive method is proposed and the result differdnces of three kinds of comprehensive methods are compared by example calculations. The proposed method has a practical value in rational comprehension of esperts' opinions in analysis of seismic risk uncertainty.
