The difference presiction can be used to larger stationn-to-station distance, which is usually used to small distance, if the characteristics are used in earthquake prediction with geomagnetic absolute observation in which the distribution of variation contour in the geomagnetic field is in some regularity, which has gained good results in practice. Thus the difficult problem is settled that the station is sparse and the regional data can be used in earthquake prediction. which provides a new way for the earthquake predietion with geomagnetic absolute observation.
