Abstract
On the basis of recent researth results about erogenic zone, the dynamic evolution process of the crust of the central segment of N-S earthquake belt is discussed in this paper. In combination of high temperature ductile decollement of the erogenic zoue inteiror with deep geophysial exploratiun results and plate movements since Neozoic era, the crustal dynamic process and genetic mechanism for earthquake belt are approached. In the present paper the authors also discuss the relative movements of different landmasses along N-S earthquake belt, which were caused under the actions of the first -order regional tectonic stress caused by collision of Indian Plate with Eurasia plate, and of the secondary tectonic stress caused by collision of Qing-Zang Plateau with Yangtzi Plate. Earthquake activities are the mirror of dynamic effect from a relative movements of different landmasses when the crustal deformation reaches critical value.
