By analysis of actually observed earthquake sequence and analogous earthquake sequence, it is considered that the whole magnitude section basically conforms to Gutenberg-Richter relation.By careful analysis of the different magnitude sections, b values are different, which is related with the inherent characteristic of the seismogenic body.This knowledge is of enlightemnent for understanding the complexity of earthquake development and the relation between the general character and the specific c neter in earthquake development.
