GROUNDWATER MACROSCOPIC ANOMALIES AND IMMINENT PREDICTION OF STRONG EARTHQUAKES

This paper deals with that how we can use the groundwater macroscopic anomalies to make strongearthquake imminent prediction and explains in great detail the methods to predict the three elements ofearthquakes by groundwater macroscopic anomalies. Three conditions by which the true anomalies canbe differentiated from the fauls ones in a certain period and various reference indexes for predicting magnitude are also pointed out. At the same time, it is pointed out that it is important to pay special attention to groundwater macroscopic anomalies.
