A STUDY OF SEISMICITY IN EASTERN PART OF HEBEI PROVINCE AND CRUST STABILITY

In this paper, the estimation of the seismicity level in the eastern part of Hebei Province has been made through a study of the relation between the strong earthquake and active fault. At the same time, the estimation of engineering geology for the crust stability in this region has been made. The reaults have provided a basis for the prediction of the seismic hazard and economic development in this region.
