In the practice of soil layer terrestrial stress observation, the comprehensive distinguishing principle for the observational data anomalies has been presented and the relatively ideal corresponding result has been obtained. Deploying simple instruments with good quality and high accuracy on some "sensitive points" and intensified observation areas will have a certain role for catching short-term and immenent precursory information.
