THE APPLICATION OF GAS RADON MEASURING IN THE RESEARCH OF BURIED FAULTS IN SHENGLI OIL FIELD

  • The measuring of emanation radon from soil is an effective way to determine the position, strike and dip of buried faults.Based on this method and some other approaches, it is found the main faults in Shengli oil field area are Wudi-yidu fault, Shengbei fault and Chengzikou fault, in which Wudi-yidu fault is the most active fault.
