INVERSING THE Q VALUE AND SITE RESPONSE IN MIDDLE AND WEST PART OF INNER MONGOLIA WITH GENETIC ALGORITHM

  • Through inversing the Q value and site response in middle and west part of Inner Mongolia (106.85°~113.13°E, 36.69°~41.57°N) we found that, the non-elastic attenuation coefficient c(f) obtained from Atkinson method is incoherent with frequency f, and quality factor Q(f), which is only a linear function of frequency, is not relevant to non-elastic attenuation coefficient.In addition, bringing the parameters, such as (c(f),) into Moya method to calculate site response, we found some bedrock observatories have magnify effect.
