THE NETWORK BASED SYSTEM FOR COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS OF EARTHQUAKE DISASTER INFORMATION IN SHAN DONG PROVINCE

Based on network, the system can collect and process the information of earthquake damage on surface, building and lifeline rapidly.Thus it can verify and revise the results of earthquake influence and damage evaluation, and lay a reliable foundation for earthquake emergency decision-making.The basic frame and key technique of the system are introduced, and the solution of C/S and B/S realization on Oracle, Weblogic and Webgis platform are also presented.
