MICRODYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF WATER LEVEL IN UNDERGROUND WATER WELL AND DISCUSSION OF ITS RESPONSE TO EARTHQUAKES

  • In this paper, the dynamic water level in underground water well is analysed by taking Wubei No. 1 well as an example. It is pointed out that the underground water level in this well also has microdynamic response, especially in ice period in winter the microdynamic response is more obvious, and it alse shows relatively obvious anomalis to moderately strong earthquakes, even to distant great earthquakes. Its mechanism is also discussed.
