An Earthquake Auxiliary Decision Making System Integrating Microblog Data

  • Microblog data obtained by web crawler technology are used as the basic data, determining the spatial and temporal distribution of the disaster-affected areas by geocoding. This paper analyzes the usability of microblog data based on the data quality evaluation system, constructs the auxiliary decision analysis model by combining remote sensing data, and realizes the system platform of fusing microblog data. To verify the practicality of the system, this paper takes the 2022 Lushan MS6.1 earthquake as an example. The post-disaster rescue force distribution, settlement site selection and path planning are analyzed by using spatial distribution characteristics of microblog data, traffic, and topography, which provides effective decision making support for earthquake disaster rescue and subsequent post-disaster reconstruction.
