Design and Application of Post Earthquake Disaster Rapid Report System based on “Three Networks and One Information Reporter”

  • In order to obtain disaster data immediately after the earthquake, based on the existing "Three Networks and One Information Reporter" system in Anhui Province, this paper introduces the research of the post earthquake disaster rapid report system, explains the system structure and the use of mobile app, and expounds in detail the basis for the formulation of the technical scheme and earthquake intensity. The application results in the simulated earthquake show that in the black box period after the earthquake, the system can output disaster data and intensity distribution in about half an hour, which provides first hand disaster data for disaster assessment and supports rescue team deployment, and can make a better supplement to the seismic intensity map.
