Abstract
With the development of science and technology, bridge safety has been paid more and more attention by engineers. Vehicle-bridge coupling vibration analysis has become a research hotspot. In this paper, the vibration response of a bridge whose width changes exponentially along the bridge longitudinal direction under the action of moving loads is studied. The theoretical solution is obtained by using the vehicle-bridge coupled vibration control equations and modal functions. Combined with engineering examples, the theoretical solutions and measured values are compared and analyzed The influence of non-uniform coefficient and vibration frequency on the dynamic response of the system is discussed.
