Investigation Result Comparison of Main Shock and Aftershocks of Guangxi Jingxi M_S5.2 earthquake

The damage of some administrative villages after the main shock and strong aftershock of Jingxi M_S5.2 earthquake was compared, it is found that after the earthquake, the house damage caused by the M_S4.6 aftershock in some areas is more serious than that of the main shock, but the casualties are lighter. Based on the comparison of the disasters caused by the Jingxi M_S4.0 earthquake with the same energy level in this county, the common points of the main shock type and the main aftershock type damage in the region are summarized, and the differences are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of earthquake damage, the characteristics of aftershock damage, the characteristics of regional earthquake damage, casualties and other key points are given, which may provide reference for the emergency response and disposal decision-making of the main aftershock type earthquakes in the region in the future.
