Abstract
By setting up audio frequency magnetotelluric survey line in the working area, and combining with the existing geological and logging data, the constrained inversion is carried out on the sounding data. The results show that: ① audio magnetotelluric method has a good effect on the stratigraphic and lithologic stratification of the working area, and has a good reflection on the boundary between the deep bedrock surface and the upper soil layer; ② in the working area, the attitude of the formation is relatively stable; ③ the distance between survey points has a certain impact on the accuracy of the results. Furthermore, the applicability of audio magnetotelluric method in Loess geological mapping is summarized, which is of great significance to guide the application of audio magnetotelluric method in Loess geological mapping
