Analysis of the Seismic Performance of Rural Houses in the Areas of Zhangbei

In order to clarify the current status of seismic performance of rural houses in Zhangbeiarea, a sample survey was conducted on rural houses in Zhangbei and Shangyi counties, which were most seriously affected by the Zhangbei earthquake. Combined with the existing experience of earthquake damage in rural houses, using the comprehensive analysis method, the seismic performance index of rural houses in the area was established, and its seismic performance was quantitatively analyzed.The results show that the existing houses in the rural areas are dominated by brick and wood structures and civil structures, and the seismic performance is still generally poor.According to the current situation of rural houses in the region, suggestions for improving its seismic performance are given, which has certain reference significance for seismic risk management in this area.
