Data Analysis and Tectonic Significance of Crossing Fault Leveling in Dandong Sidaogou

  • In this paper, the correlation between periodic variation of Sidaogou cross-fault leveling data and auxiliary observation data such as temperature and precipitation in Dandong are analyzed. Based on the processed data, the corresponding relationship with the surrounding strong earthquakes is discussed, and the properties of fault structures are attempted to explain. The results show that the fault in the Sidaogou is characterized by right-lateral strike-slip.
