Characteristics of Locable IP Address Data in Yunnan Province and Its Application in Earthquake-felt Area Assessment

Based on the database of IP address location and state change in Yunnan province, this paper analyzes the spatial distribution and on-line state change characteristics of locable IP address data in Yunnan province, and clarifies the basic characteristics. Based on the M5.1 Yunnan Yangbi earthquake on March 27, 2017, the preliminary determination of the scope earthquake-felt area by the change of state of the locable IP address can be determined, and it can be approximated to some extent after receiving the disaster report. But the accuracy and reliability need to be further studied.
