Comparation of Two Video Systems Used in Shanghai Earthquake Agency

The tenth five-year video subsystem of the earthquake emergency command technology system transmits and displays through matrix and multiscreen image controller. While the video subsystem of the support system for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction newly built in Shanghai Earthquake Agency completely abandon the above method for video transmission and display. It uses a more advanced DVCS distributed video control system. This paper mainly introduces the structure of the two kinds of video system of the Shanghai Earthquake Agency, compares their respective advantages and disadvantages and limitations, put forwards the earthquake video system more suitable for the development needs of future information technology.
