Xinjiang Earthquake Rapid Report and Its Quality Improvement Method

Based on the Jopens system of the "Tenth Five-year Plan" used in the Xinjiang seismic network since 2009, this paper introduce the Xinjiang earthquake speed reporting workflow. Furthermore, 57 M_L ≥ 5.0 earthquakes located through rapid reporting since 2009 are relocated, and then combining with the station distribution of Xinjiang, the Locate method and operation skill, speed report skill training and other aspects of the JOPENS/MSDP software are analyzed. Finally, a practical quality improvement method for earthquake rapid reporting of the Xinjiang seismic network is provided.
