Analysis of DSQ Tiltmeter Anomaly at Sixian Seismic Station Using Irregular Load Model

  • This paper collected parameters of environment changes and rock mechanics by environmental investigation at the observation field of Sixian seismic station, and calculated the tilt field caused by load changes using the two-dimensional irregularly load model. The results show that the two load changes have some influence to the EW observation of DSQ tiltmeter at Sixian seismic station, the maximum effects of amount is about 354.07 ms, which is much less than the observed value of 1 630.28 ms. From the point of view of quantitative simulation confirm, the anomaly of DSQ tiltmeter at Sixian seismic station cannot be attributed to load changes.
